100% pure silk fabric that is exactly that - it contains no polyester, no rayon and no anything else!

Silk is a natural fibre and variations and irregularities in the weave are characteristics of the fabric and are desirable, this is the nature of 100% silk fabric.

It is fairly lightweight and has a taffeta like feel and sheen that is suitable for dressmaking projects.

This fabric is sold by the half metre (50cm (about 19inches)) and will be sent as a continuous piece if you buy more than one length.
