Product Descriptions
Every effort is made to ensure that all details, descriptions and images of products appearing on this website are accurate, however we cannot guarantee that the colours match the product exactly as shown on your computer monitor due to different monitor settings.
Although I am in SE Asia, I have not, do not and will not sell any items that are fake or counterfeit. All the items I sell are of the highest quality and guaranteed to be 100% authentic.
Postage Charges
All orders, to anywhere in the world except Peninsular Malaysia, are subject to an initial postage and handling charge of £2.50. Each item is then subject to an additional charge of 50p. Orders within Peninsular Malaysia will be despatched free of charge.
Free post and packing is offered on all orders over £100 .
Post and packaging charges are automatically applied to all orders at checkout, so you will have a chance to review the total cost prior to making your payment.
Delivery
I am living in Malaysia at the moment and all items will be posted from there. Whilst I will always do my very best to post within 48 hours of receiving payment please allow 10-12 days for delivery worldwide, although POS Malaysia provide an excellent service and it is usually much quicker than this except when there are public holidays in your country or here.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods after 14 days please contact me.
Returns & Refunds
I am confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if for any reason you need to return an item please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange this.
Items should be returned unused in their original packaging and in the condition you received them within 28 days. Once the item is received I will issue a repleacement or full refund for the original purchase price.
Payment Methods & Security
This website uses Paypal and you can rest assured that we receive no credit card, debit card or bank details. At the moment this is the only payment option offered on the website although I am happy to accept bank transfers and if this is your preferred option please contact me.
Your Personal Details
In compliance with the Data Protection Act, your details will not be passed on to any third parties. Your address information will be used for the transaction only and you will not receive junk mail or spam from this website.
